We offer new grow groups each quarter. Some take place on Sunday mornings, others take place on different days and even in other locations. But the goal is always the same: to grow in faith and love God more deeply. Examine the subjects offered below and see which one(s) you might want to take part in. No sign-up is needed; just show up.

In the Latter Days: A Study of the End Times

9 AM Sundays, Starting Sept. 6th, Room 129

From the books of Daniel and Revelation, as well as many other passages, we will examine what the Bible says about the last days by looking at the major biblical themes and passages related to this subject, leading to fresh insights on Jesus’ second coming, the antichrist, the millennium, the

final judgment, and more. This grow group offers a balanced, biblical view of the end times and gives insight into the importance of these truths in our lives.

The Apostles Creed: Together we Believe

9 AM Sundays, Starting Sept. 6th, Room 144

In this grow group, we will go through an in-depth examination of the primary tenets of Christianity. The Apostles’ Creed was born from the apostles’ teachings. It contains essential doctrines and beliefs that summarize the gospel and the foundation of our faith. The scriptural truths contained in the creed enable us to build our Christian lives on good theology, with the knowledge that our faith is rooted in truth and a rich history.

Every Thought Captive: How Renewing Your Mind Can Change Your Life

Are your thoughts drawing you closer to God or pulling you away? Are they building you up or tearing you down? In this grow group, you’ll learn to forge a path through the world’s

distractions and lies and gets to the heart of true spiritual growth: the renewing of your mind. This isn't a study on the power of positive thinking but about learning how God made your brain. Learn how setting your thoughts on Christ can create new patterns of thought that will change your life.

Not A Fan by Kyle Idleman

Fans want to be close enough to Jesus to get all the benefits, but not so close that it requires sacrifice, while followers are all in and completely committed to Christ. Not a Fan gives you the tools you need to determine exactly where you stand when it comes to your relationship with Jesus.

No matter where you are in your walk with Christ, Not a Fan calls you to consider the demands and rewards of being a true disciple.

Colossians & Philemon

Women Only

12:30 PM Mondays, Room 129

"Jesus is the only way" can be an unpopular stand for Christians to take in our contemporary culture. The same was true for the Colossian believers, who were under threat from false teachers in their midst. Paul's message is a reminder that believers--then and now--are complete in Christ.

Paul also writes a personal letter to Philemon, a prominent member of the Colossian church. In this letter, he urges Philemon to forgive a former slave and thief and welcome him back as a brother in Christ. Through this real-life situation, Paul teaches Philemon, as well as believers today, the importance of forgiveness.

James: Walking In Wisdom

This Bible study explores James verse by verse, addressing trials and temptations, the relationship between faith and good works, and choosing the wisdom of God over the wisdom of the world. Written for individuals and groups, each lesson helps women understand how to recognize marks of genuine godliness by faithfully and practically living for Christ.
