We offer new grow groups each quarter. Some take place on Sunday mornings, others take place on different days and even in other locations. But the goal is always the same: to grow in faith and love God more deeply. Examine the subjects offered below and see which one(s) you might want to take part in. No sign-up is needed; just show up.

EXPLORE THE BIBLE: Joshua; Judges; Ruth
Led by Mary Beem, Patrick Carter, & Cathy Davis
9AM Sundays, Room 129
The biblical history books of Joshua, Judges, and Ruth examine the highs and lows of leadership. While Joshua celebrates the blessings of leadership at its best, Judges offers a cautionary
tale of leadership gone wrong. And Ruth reminds us that even in the worst of times, God is still at work, raising leaders from the most unlikely of places.

Deep Discipleship
Led by Pastor Ty Burgoon
9AM Sundays, Room 144
Since this class is a continuation of the previous quarter’s grow groups and we have already covered a large amount of the material, we are not suggesting people join at this time. However, it will be repeated at a later time. If you have an interest in attending at that time, please reach out to Pastor Ty (Ty@eudorabc.org).

Honest to God: Real Questions People Ask
Led by Pastor Josh
9AM Sundays, East Sanctuary
Questions range from "Why does a good God allow suffering?", "How do I know the Bible is trustworthy?", and "What about people who have never heard about Jesus?"

The Book of Romans
Led by Doug Ebert
9AM Sundays, Room 154
From overcoming sin to living a new, transformed life in Christ, we will see how Practical Christian Living is shaped by the Gospel.
Additional Grow Groups

Colossians & Philemon
Women Only
Led by Mary Beem
12:30 PM Mondays, Room 129
"Jesus is the only way" can be an unpopular stand for Christians to take in our contemporary culture. The same was true for the Colossian believers, who were under threat from false teachers in their midst. Paul's message is a reminder that believers--then and now--are complete in Christ.
Paul also writes a personal letter to Philemon, a prominent member of the Colossian church. In this letter, he urges Philemon to forgive a former slave and thief and welcome him back as a brother in Christ. Through this real-life situation, Paul teaches Philemon, as well as believers today, the importance of forgiveness.

Minor Prophets
Women Only
Led by Tempest Stein
12:30 PM Tuesdays, Room 129
Part of the Genesis to Revelation Series from Abingdon Press, the 13-session study of the books of the Minor Prophets, beginning with Hosea and moving through to Malachi. Delve into the special message of each prophet. Some of the major ideas explored are: wrath and compassion, justice and righteousness, God's reign of peace, and visions of restoration.

Ordinary
Men Only
Led by Jim McCarty
8:00 AM Saturdays, Room 129
The Christians' spiritual growth by our experiences, constantly seeking after the next big breakthrough, have left many Christians disillusioned and disappointed. There’s nothing wrong with an energetic faith; the danger is that we can burn ourselves out on restless anxieties and unrealistic expectations. What’s needed is a renewed appreciation for the commonplace. Far from a call to low expectations and passivity, Horton invites readers to recover their sense of joy in the ordinary. Convicting and ultimately empowering, Ordinary is not a call to do less; it’s an invitation to experience the elusive joy of the ordinary Christian life.

Ephesians
Women Only
Led by Debbie Bell
6:30 PM Tuesdays, Room 129
Ephesians is a book that excites us about all we have in Christ, transforms our view of our church, thrills us as we see our part in God's amazing plan, and challenges us about our day-to-day lives.
These sessions will take groups through the whole letter of Ephesians, explaining and applying it to our lives as church members and as individuals.
