Prayer is the unseen engine of the church

We value prayer immensely at EBC and have seen it grow in our congregation. One of our church's values states, " We understand that a prayerful life is a powerful life. We will bathe our lives, our families, our church, and our church's leadership and ministry in "kingdom focused" prayer.  Below is a description of each of the various prayer ministries we have. If you have questions, please use the CONTACT form on this website.

Wednesday Night prayer

We come together each Wednesday night at 6 p.m. for prayer. We pray for our physical and spiritual needs, each other, our neighbors, friends and family, the people in our church, and the community.

As we pray, we are blessed to be able to hear the children of our church learning about Jesus through our Awana ministry.

Churchwide Prayer

This group meets monthly on the 4th Monday of the month, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. to pray for our country and culture. In the past, we have prayed for the protection of children, the election, purity in the church, the passage of prolife bills, and many other things.

For more information, contact the church office at office@eudorabc.org.

Community Prayer

We want to cross denominational lines through Community Prayer. It takes place on Wednesday nights from 7-8 p.m. at Anchored Collective, a place of ministry in downtown Eudora. We invite Christ followers from other denominations to join with us in praying for those who lead our community each day, for all the local churches, and other things we share.

If you would like more information, contact Belinda Rehmer at berehmer@gmail.com.

National Day of Prayer Is on May 1

We hope you will join us on May 1st for an observance of the National Day of Prayer.

EBC will have prayer stations open from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. At each station, you will use the helps located there to pray for one of the following topics: the church; the family; education; Business/workplace; military; government; arts, entertainment, and media. When you have made it through all the stations, you will have prayed for the seven categories the National Day of Prayer recognizes.

At 6 p.m., we'll have a churchwide meal to end our twelve-hour fast together. Please join us if you would like. EBC is located at 525 W 20th Street in Eudora, Kansas.
